Things I have done:
• Processed a large amount of raw data (~ 80,000 SNP array) into a usable formats
• Built a Sparse Auto-encoder to represent those patients’ genotype data
• Implemented Grid-Search algorithm to tune multiple learning parameters
• Result: Pipelined the training process, selecting data based on different criteria, auto-encoding data and tuning parameters using Grid-Search algorithm
